We have 61 Immigration Casework Support Officer vacancies and are inviting candidates to join our Immigration Enforcement team, where you will be supported to develop and grow your career. The closing date for applications is 24 November 2025.  

You’ll receive a salary of £26,750 (National) or £30,750 (London/Croydon) plus a variety of employee benefits.  

Immigration Enforcement is responsible for enforcing the government’s immigration laws, tackling illegal migration, removing foreign national offenders and immigration offenders from the UK. About the role 

As a Casework Support Officer, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and develop specialist knowledge across a broad range of immigration matters. This will involve supporting case progression and maintaining accurate records that contribute to the decision-making processes. You’ll also adhere to with policy and legislation and ensure that the safeguarding needs of individuals are met.  

You’ll work as part of a supportive team with access to learning and development opportunities to support your career aspirations. 

Full training will be provided, and you will be assigned to either the National Returns Progression Command (NRPC), supporting the removal of individuals with no lawful basis to remain in the UK, or the Foreign National Offenders Return Command (FNO RC), progressing foreign national offenders towards removal under the deportation process. Please note that team preference cannot be requested.

Working Arrangements

This role is available on a full-time basis. It is also suitable for part-time working hours, with a minimum requirement to work 3 days / 22 hours per week due to business requirements.
